buglet: Max Spam Check Size

Julian,

Ok, I'll raise this issue as a buglet for 4.58.  How does
one turn off "Max Spam Check Size"?  I asked on the regular list 
the other day.  The comments in MailScanner.conf give no clue. 
I poked around in the source, and found the default of 150000 in 
ConfigDefs.pl.  Then I looked in the source code for Message.pm. 
I guess that the only way now is to set it to a huge integer. 
Could a better way be coded, or at least a comment added to the 
MailScanner.conf file, on how to do this??

Also, per the earlier note today about ORDB.org, references to
it should be removed from MailScanner.
